摘要
结合新一轮的土地利用总体规划、城镇村庄布局规划,村庄整治规划势在必行。大都市郊区农村的村庄整治规划有着它的特殊性。在编制村庄整治规划时应注意以下几点:(1)与上位规划衔接,相辅相成但不宜照搬;(2)打破村庄权属界线,加快土地流转进展;(3)节约集约用地,淘汰渠灌灌溉方式;(4)规划农业发展方向,引领都市农业潮流;(5)规划协调近远期,保留村庄整治的弹性空间。
Combined with the new overall land use plans and urban village layout planning, the village renovation planning is imperative. In metropolitan rural outskirts, village renovation planning has the particularity. When you draw up a Village renovation planning,you should note the following： （ 1 ）Link up with upper plans.
