摘要
本文根据湖南省志和湖南统计年鉴的资料 ,将旱灾分为部分地区干旱年、大范围干旱年、全省性干旱年和全省性大旱年。用定量统计标准统计出旱灾年数 ,分析得出了湖南的干旱灾害特征和形成原因及其对湖南经济的影响 ,并提出了相应的对策。
According to annals and statistical almanac of Hunan Province,the drought is devided into drought year in part area,drought year in greater part,drought year over the Province and serious drought year over the Province.The number of drought year is computed,according to quantitative standard.The characteristics of drought,cause of formation,and influence on Hunan economy is analysed.The countermeasure is advanced.
