摘要
本文借鉴生态学理论,分析高校教师职业生涯规划的特点,提出了高校人力资源生态视角下,高校教师职业生涯规划所应遵循的生态学原则。
The paper applies theory in ecology to study the characteristics of university teacher＇s career planning. Propose the basic principles of ecology that the university teacher＇ s career planning should defer, under the university human resources ecology vision.
