摘要
以含裂纹提升机主轴为研究对象,利用ABAQUS子模型技术,模拟计算了复杂载荷条件下提升机主轴三维表面裂纹附近的应力应变场,获取了椭圆裂纹前端应力强度因子KI和J积分的分布规律。研究结果表明,椭圆表面裂纹中点和两端的扩展明显要慢于裂纹其他部位,且当分别采用KI主导和J主导分析时,获得的裂纹前端扩展趋势有一定的差别。
The elevator shaft with crack is the object of the study.Using ABAQUS sub-model technique.The stress and strain fields ahead of a three-dimensional surface crack under complex loading conditions are simulated and the distribution of stress intensity factor KI and J-integral along the semi-elliptical crack front in the elevator shaft is obtained.The results of this investigation show that the elliptical surface crack propagation at the midpoint and both ends is significantly slower than that of other parts of the crack front,and the predicted results of the crack front propagation trends would be different by using KI or J separately.
