以复配SAN树脂制备高流动型ABS树脂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以通用型苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)与高流动型SAN掺混得到复配SAN树脂,通过与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)接枝粉料及各种助剂掺混造粒制备得到高流动型ABS树脂,分别考察了高流动型SAN含量、橡胶含量、润滑剂用量及挤出机各段温度等对所制备ABS树脂性能的影响,获得了制备高流动型ABS树脂的最佳条件。 The high-flow ABS resin was prepared by blend-granulated remixed styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer ( SAN ) resin obtained from mixing universal SAN and high-fluidity SAN, ABS grafting copolymer and various additives.The influence of high- fluidity SAN content, rubber content, amount of lubricant and the temperature of every extruder's zone on the properties of prepared ABS was investigated, and the optimum conditions of preparation high-flow ABS resin were determined.
