摘要
脂联素作为一种脂肪细胞炎性因子,对糖尿病等代谢性疾病有保护作用。脂联素有降低血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗、抗动脉粥样硬化、保护内皮细胞等功能,对糖尿病并发症的发生有延缓作用。因此,通过外源性补充脂联素或者药物上调体内血浆脂联素的表达,均可以使糖尿病、冠心病、代谢综合征患者获益。大量研究表明,部分降血糖药物可以增加体内脂联素的表达,从而使糖尿病患者在降血糖之外获益更多。现就近年不同降血糖药物与脂联素关系的研究进行综述。
Adiponectin is a kind of inflammation factor secreted by adipocyte,which is a protective factor to diabetes and other metabolism diseases.Adiponectin has the functions of decreasing blood glucose,improving insulin resistance,antiatherosclerosis,and protecting endothelium cells,which can delay the occurring of diabetic complications.It is good for the patients of diabetes,coronary artery disease,metobolic syndrome to add exogenous adiponectin or ameliorate endogenous adiponectin via drugs.Abundant studies show several diabetic drugs can ameliorate the expressions of adiponectin.Here is to make a review on the relationship of diabetic drugs and adiponectin in recent years′studies.
