摘要
大出血是创伤后早期导致死亡的常见原因之一,及时有效止血对挽救患者生命、稳定病情、为后续治疗创造有利条件等起到关键性的作用。自从人类发明止血带并将之广泛应用于临床以来,止血带在四肢骨科手术中起到了非常重要的作用,为骨科医师创造了清晰的手术视野,明显缩短了手术时间,有利于手术安全、高效地进行,也不可避免地产生一些并发症。现就止血带的临床运用及其常见并发症的研究进展予以综述。
Massive hemorrhage is one of the common causes of death in early trauma.Tourniquet plays a key role in timely and effective hemostatic to save lives,keep patients stable and create favorable conditions for the following treatment.Since the tourniquet was invented by mankind and widely used in clinic,it has played a very important role in the arms and legs orthopaedic surgery,with clear surgical field for orthopaedic surgeons and obviously reduced operation time making surgery safer and more effective,though some complications are inevitable.Here is to make a brief review on the research progress of clinical applications and the complications of the tourniquet.
