摘要
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近20年来发病率呈上升趋势。肿瘤的发生发展是一个复杂的、多步骤的过程,现研究细胞增殖和细胞凋亡两个过程共同作用导致肿瘤。凋亡抑制因子Livin和促凋亡因子人程序化死亡因子5(PDCD5)共同作用,促进细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡,可能在子宫内膜癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。因此,研究Livin和PDCD5的关系,能为子宫内膜癌的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
Endometrial carcinoma（EC）is one of the most common malignancies in female reproductive system,the incidence of which is in an up-trend in recent 20 years.The occurrence and progress of tumor is a complex process,existing research show that tumors can be induced from the joint action of both cell proliferation and apoptosis.Programmed cell death 5（PDCD5）and kidney inhibitor of apoptosis Protein（Livin）work together and will have obvious effects on promoting cell proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis,which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.Therefore,the research of the correlation between Livin and PDCD5 can provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
