摘要
他扎罗汀是一种重要的维A酸类药物,与细胞的增殖和分化有关。研究表明,他扎罗汀可通过上调他扎罗汀诱导基因(TIG)1、TIG2和TIG3的表达而发挥其调节细胞增殖和分化的作用。近年来的研究表明,TIG1、TIG2和TIG3在很多正常组织中高表达,而在部分肿瘤中低表达或缺失,提示TIG可能是新的肿瘤抑制基因,但机制尚不明确,有待进一步研究。
Tazarotene is an important vitamin A acid drugs,which has a close relation with the cell proliferation and differentiation.Many researches showed that tazarotene can affect cell proliferation and differentiation through upregulating the expression of tazarotene-induced gene TIG1,TIG2 and TIG3.Recent studies showed that TIG1,TIG2 and TIG3 is highly expressed in many normal tissues and lowly expression or deletion in some tumors.It is prompting tazarotene-induced gene may be a novel tumor suppressor gene,but the mechanism is not clear,calling for further study.
