摘要
随着围生期保健工作的普及及深入,越来越多的卵巢肿瘤在孕前及妊娠期被发现。绝大部分患者无症状,少部分患者因发生蒂扭转、破裂等急腹症时被发现。随着卵巢肿瘤检出率的提高,早期诊断,并适时合理的干预是妇产科医师必须面对的问题,亦是母亲和胎儿取得良好预后的关键。现对近年来妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的诊断及治疗原则予以综述。
With the popularization and deepening of the perinatal healthcare work,more and more ovarian tumors were detected in progestation and gestational period.Most patients were asymptomatic,unless acute abdomen disease happened,such as torsion and rupture.Along with the detection rates of ovarian neoplasms increasing,how to diagnose earlier and give a timely and reasonable intervention has became a dilemma to gynecologists,which is also critical for the mothers and fetus to achieve good prognosis.Here is to make a review on the diagnosis and treatment principles of pregnancy associated with ovarian tumor in recent years.
