摘要阿片受体广泛存在于人体各个系统的细胞表面。阿片类物质在医学界广泛应用,阿片受体对人体各个器官有着不同的作用,尤其是免疫系统。以往的研究发现阿片类物质多是抑制免疫系统功能,新近研究发现,阿片类物质通过阿片受体对免疫系统产生双重作用,但具体机制尚不完全清楚。现就其对免疫系统的影响及机制加以阐述。 Opioid receptors are widely present in the cell surface of various systems of the body.Opioids which are widely applied in the medical community,have different roles,especially the immune system through the opioid receptor on each organ of the human body.Previous studies have found that most opioids suppress the immune system,while according to the recent research discovery,opioids via opioid receptors plays a dual role on immune system,though the exact mechanism is not fully understood.Here is to make a review on its effects on the immune system and the mechanism.
