摘要
心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段。随着世界人口的老龄化,其患病率在逐年增加。从病原学的角度研究老年心力衰竭的发病机制尤为重要。研究表明心脏重构是心力衰竭的重要病理生理机制,并与心力衰竭的发展互为因果,但其发病的分子生物学机制并不十分明确。近年来,随着端粒和端粒酶在细胞衰老及细胞凋亡中重要作用的深入研究和认识,也为阐明心力衰竭尤其是老年心力衰竭的发生机制开拓了一条新途径。现就端粒结构和功能的异常在老年心力衰竭发生机制中的作用作一综述。
Heart failure is the end stage of all kinds of heart disease.With the aging of the population in the world,its prevalence is increasing every year.The study of the pathogenesis of heart failure in the elder people from the perspective of etiology is particularly important.Studies have shown that cardiac remodeling is an important mechanism of heart failure and reinforce with the development of heart failure reciprocally.But its pathogenesis on molecular level is not fully clear.Telomeres and telomerase have an important role in cell senescence and apoptosis,which develops a new way to clarify the pathogenesis of heart failure in elders.Here is to make a review on the abnormality of telomere structure and function in the pathogenesis of heart failure in elder people.
