摘要
中国股票市场诞生于20世纪90年代,经过二十多年的探索发展,目前已成为上市公司获取资金来源的重要渠道,并且有力地推动了中国实体经济的快速增长。文章对发达的市场经济国家美国的实体经济与其股市之间的关联度进行了对比分析,二者之间是正相关关系。而从中国二十年来的上证指数的走势与其GDP的增长之间的分析来看,二者之间并不存在始终一致性的关联关系,这一结论对于相关投资主体理解中国股市的特殊性、更好地实现投资决策具有重要的理论借鉴和现实启示。
