摘要 PTEN基因是一种新的抑癌基因,是近年来基因研究的热门基因之一。PTEN具有双重磷脂酶特异性,介导多种信号转导通路,调控细胞的正常周期和诱导细胞凋亡,PTEN基因在多种进展期恶性肿瘤组织中存在着不同程度的突变或丢失[1]。
