摘要
运用规范分析和实证研究方法,界定了大学生创业能力的内涵,梳理并总结了创业能力相关理论及其与大学生创业能力之间存在的联系。实证分析表明,大学生创业能力的本质是社会实践,学习和实践是大学生创业能力形成的主要机制;大学生创业能力的培育应遵循学习、实践及环境塑造3条路径。
By using the method of normative analysis and empirical research,the meaningof college students＇entrepreneurship is defined,and the theory of entrepreneurship and the close contact between entrepreneurship theory and college students＇entrepren-eurship is generalized and summarized;The empirical analysis shows that the essence of university students＇innovative undertaking ability is social practice,and the main mechanism of forming college students＇ability is learning and practice;Three paths should be followed in the course of nurturing college students＇entrepreneurial competence,namely,learning,practice and environment creation.
