摘要
通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)制备了双疏水嵌段共聚物聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯-聚丙烯酸甲酯(PBMA-b-PMA)和对应的均聚物聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PBMA),利用激光粒度仪和透射电镜研究了嵌段共聚物在不同溶剂比例、共聚物浓度、嵌段共聚物不同链段比例,以及加入均聚物条件下在混合溶剂水-THF中的自组装行为。实验结果表明:在适当的分子量及嵌段比例条件下,PBMA-b-PMA在选择性溶剂中可形成粒径180nm左右稳定的胶束;随着混合溶剂中THF比例增加,自组装形成的胶束粒径逐渐减小且稳定性降低;嵌段共聚物浓度在一定范围内对胶束粒径影响不大;加入均聚物后,胶束粒径增大,粒径单分散性变差。
A series of double hydrophobic copolymers poly(n-butyl methacrylate block methyl acrylate)(PBMA-b-PMA) and homopolymer poly(n-butyl methacrylate)(PBMA) were prepared via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) method.The self-assembly behaviors of copolymers in water-THF solvents mixtures,including influence of solvent proportion,copolymer concentration and block ratio,homopolymer addition,were studied by laser particle size analyzer and TEM.The results indicated that stable micellar complexes with sizes of about 180 nm could be obtained and the sizes of micellar complexes decreases along with the increase of THF content in solvent mixture.The copolymer concentration has little influence on the micelle self-assembly.The size of micelle could also be controlled by homopolymer addition within a certain range.
