摘要
以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统,用紫外分光光度法,在498nm波长测定白千层枝和叶中总黄酮的含量。结果显示,其回归方程为A=0.01022C+0.0165,r=0.9995,吸光度在0-100mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系。测定结果表明,白千层枝和叶中总黄酮的质量分数分别为0.69%和0.63%。
A The total flavonoids content in the stems and leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron Linn was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin standard and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH system. The regression equation was A=0.01022C+ 0.0165 (r=0.9995).The results showed that the mass fractions of total flavonoid in the stems and leaves were 0.69% and 0.63% respectively. The method was stable, accurate, reproducible, highly sensitive and thus was a realistic and practi cal approach for determining flavonoid content of Melaleuca leucadendron linn.
