摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌术后护理干预对患者患肢功能锻炼的影响。方法将80例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别实施不同护理方式,并比较其效果。结果实验组的引流总量及引流管拔管时间较对照组增加(P<0.05),但患侧上肢功能恢复程度及效果满意程度均优于对照组。结论护理干预对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼具有重要意义,促进患侧上肢功能恢复,明显提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on upper limbs function recovery after breast cancer operation.Methods Total of 100 patients after breast cancer operation were divided into two groups.Different nursing methods were used,and the effects were compared.Results For the studying group,the volume and total days of drainage increased,but the paretic upper limb functional recovery degree and effect degree of satisfaction was better than the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention on breast cancer postoperative functional exercise is important,it can promote the paretic upper limb functional recovery and improve the quality of life.
