摘要
本文对俄罗斯 2 0世纪 90年代经济改革的主要内容进行反思 ,私有化没有提高企业经济绩效 ,反而使少数人成为暴发户 ,形成金融寡头 ;经济自由化造成经济管理真空 ,宏观经济失控 ;货币主义政策最终使俄罗斯金融体系崩溃 ;从凯恩斯主义经济理论来看 ,俄罗斯经济本身不存在复苏的机制 ,必须加大国家的投资力度。
This article analyzes economic reform in Russia. Privatization hasn't raise economic performance, yet made a few becoming financial oligarchs. Economic Liberalization led to management vacuum and macroeconomy out of control. Monetarism led to downfall of financial system in the end.From the viewpoint of keynesism, there doesn't exist mechanism of selfrestoration in Russia. Russia must strengthen its national investment.
