摘要
人类视觉发育的关键期为0至3岁，即婴幼儿时期。这一时期视觉发育更易受到各种因素干扰，从而形成弱视。尽早开展这一时期视力研究及视力筛查，发现视力缺陷并及时治疗将大大减少弱视的发生。然而，目前我国这方面的工作还很不系统，缺少相关的法律法规、方法及规范支持。为此，我们呼吁尽快出台相关政策，开展多中心合作研究，探索筛查方法，规范转诊机制，为婴幼儿视力筛查的普遍开展创造良好条件。
From birth to 3 years of age is a critical period for human visual development with the risk that normal visual development will be disrupted by any abnormal visual experience or environment. Early investigation and screening of vision in infants will greatly decrease the incidence of amblyopia. We call for more efforts to obtain the support of a policy for the regulation of vision screening in infants based on a standard method and to advance the use of these procedures.
