摘要
作者通过调查，分析了林业股份合作制产生的社会背景，并指出了林业股份合作制在实施过程中存在的５个主要问题：①对林业股份合作制认识不足；②产权主体不明晰；③利益分配不合理；④民主管理制度不健全；⑤相配套的政策与措施没有完善．文章依据社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求，提出了５点完善林业股份合作制的对策与建议．
On the basis of investigation,the social background of the forestry stock cooperative system is analyzed.There are 5 problems in carrying out the system.They are the system is not fully understood; the principal part of property right is indistinct,the distribution of profits is unreasonable,the democratic management system is unsound,the necessary policy and measure is imperfect. And according to the objective demand to the development of socialist market economy, the paper advances five pieces of countermeasure and suggestion on improving the forestry stock cooperative system.
