摘要
本文报道了阿斯匹林与抗凝血灭鼠剂混配毒饵的实验室灭效观察结果,证实两药按一定剂量混合使用能提高灭鼠效果,加快鼠的死亡,缩短致死时间,减少抗凝血剂的用量。
The paper reported the texperiment whether the mixture poison bait suit for rodent's palatable or not were carried out both in laboratory and in the field. There are significant synergetic poisoning effect has been founded in the test. The mixture baits could enhanced the poison action for killing effect and in good palatable for rodents. The index of taken baitswere 1.51 for rats and 1.44 for white mice, respectively. The result tested in the field showed that the mixture baits could reduceng the doses of diphacin somehow with 0.05% aspirin achieved the best efficiency as good as usual doses of anticoagulant.
