摘要
汽车技术发展至今,同步器已经由高科技产品转变为汽车上的必装零件。更好地了解同步器的理论构造有助于设计出更加可靠的同步器。文章介绍了惯性式同步器的分类、结构和工作原理,通过对同步器系统的理论分析,推出可以采用一些简单可行的设计方法,更有效地提高变速器的换挡性能。文章指出要根据变速箱的具体要求、结构特点、加工工艺水平、制造成本及可靠性等方面综合考虑设计方案。
Automotive technology development up to now, synchronizer has become the necessity from high-tech product. Better understanding the theoretical construction of synchronizer is help to design more reliable synchronizer. The paper introduces the classification, structure and operation principles of inertia synchronizer. Using some simple and feasible design methods are put forward based on theoretical analysis of synchronizer system, and shifting performance of gearbox is improved effectively. It is indicated that based on the concrete requirements, structure characteristics, process level, manufacturing cost and reliability of gearbox, design solutions are comprehensively considered.
