摘要
目的:观察克拉霉素对重度慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:90例重度慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为3组:克拉霉素组、甲硝唑对照组和空白对照组各30例。分别比较基线、1个月、3个月时各组患者的龈沟出血指数(SBI),牙周探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL)的变化。结果:(1)基线时3组PD、SBI、AL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)在1月时检测克拉霉素组PD、SBI均低于甲硝唑组(P<0.05),AL两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)3月时克拉霉素组PD、AL均低于甲硝唑组(P<0.05),SBI两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)1月及3月时SBI、PD、AL克拉霉素组及甲硝唑组均低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克拉霉素治疗重度慢性牙周炎有良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of clarithromycin for the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis.Methods： 90 patients with severe chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups： group with clarithromycin treatment,with metronidazole treatment and blank control group,30 cases per group.After 1 month and 3 months,gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI）,probing depth（PD） and attachment loss（AL） was evaluated and compared with the baseline.Results：（1） at the baseline levels,there was no significant difference statistically（P 0.05） about all of the three indexes（PD,SBI,AL）;（2） after 1 month,PD,SBI of clarithromycin group were lower than those of metronidazole group（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference about AL between clarithromycin group and metronidazole group（P 0.05）;（3） after 3 month,PD,AL of clarithromycin group metronidazole group were lower than those of metronidazole group（P 0.05）,whereas there was no significant difference of SBI between these two groups（P 0.05）;（4） after 1 and 3-months,SBI,PD,AL of both clarithromycin group and metronidazole group were lower those of than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Clarithromycin can be used in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis with significant clinical effects.
