兔低位腹主动脉阻断后血流动力学的变化

STUDY ON THE HEMODYNAMICS AFTER BLOCKING LOWER ABDOMINAL AORTA IN RABBITS

摘要 目的:观察兔低位腹主动脉阻断后血压、心律和血流动力学变化情况,为临床低位腹主动脉阻断术的应用提供参考。方法:将20只家兔按随机数字表法分为阻断1h组(A组),阻断1.5h组(B组)。检测阻断前后和撤钳前后心率、血压的变化,并观察术后1周的生存情况。结果:(1)A、B两组心率和血压在阻断前后3min及撤钳前后3min比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而A、B两组之间上述各项观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血流动力学变化结果均表明阻断后血压上升,心率减慢,撤钳后血压下降、心律增快;(2)兔麻醉死亡3只(A组2只,B组1只)。术后阻断1h组8只兔子均健康成活。阻断1.5h组术中死亡1只,3只在实验后1~2周内因食欲减少、腹泻、流涎等衰竭死亡,有5只兔子成活。结论:兔低位腹主动脉阻断时间以1h较为安全。 Objective: To observe the hemodynamics and the survival conditions after blocking lower abdominal aorta in rabbits and then provide reference materials for clinical lower abdominal aorta interruption.Methods: The model was established by clamping rabbit's abdominal aortas for 1 hour and 1.5 hours.Heart rate,blood pressure changes before and after blockage treatment were measured,and the survival condition in the following weeks was observed.Results:(1)Compared with the heart rate and blood pressure in artery blockage and withdrawal of the pliers before and after 3 minutes,it has statistic meaning(P0.05) in groups A and B,respectively,but there is no difference in the remaining parameters between groups A and B(P0.05).The results of hemodynamic changes in the two groups show that the blood pressure increased and the heart rate slowed down after blockage,and the pressure decreased but the heart rate was fast after withdrawal.(2)Three rabbits died during anesthesia(two in group A,one in group B).All rabbits survive in group A;one rabbit died in group B;three rabbits died after 1-2 weeks because of decreased appetite,diarrhea and salivation;the other five rabbits survive.Conclusion: The time of the blocking lower abdominal aorta in rabbits within 1h is safe.
