摘要
漠河至加格达奇输油管道有部分铺设在管底饱冰多年冻层较厚区域,在这样的不良工程地段易发生冻胀灾害对输油管道造成破坏。工程施工采用传统加保温层的埋设方式。利用大型有限元软件对冻层管底饱冰较厚区域的埋地输油管道进行热-应力性能分析,在一定管径、壁厚、工作压力及细料换填并包裹保温层工程措施下,具体分析了冻层管底饱冰较厚区埋地输油管道运行1年后周围土壤的温度场、管道应力及变形,分析结果可为工程设计提供参考。
The pipeline which laid from Mohe to Jiagedaqi is in satiety and rather thick ice permafrost area,so it is very easily to appear freeze-expanded damage for the pipeline in such bad project sites.Traditional insulation construction method was used.The finite element software was used for heat-stress performance analysis of pipeline in satiety and rather thick ice permafrost.To a certain diameter,wall thickness,pressure and changing and filling measures of fines,the software was used to analyze temperature field,stress and deformation of buried pipeline in satiety and rather thick ice permafrost area after a year.The result can provide a reference for engineering design.
