摘要
针对新疆天业(集团)有限公司化工产业生产中自控系统装置运行情况和存在问题,提出了解决办法和发展思路。认为合成车间DCS系统整改过程需根据改造计划按步骤进行,根据图纸做好线号标识,选择质量可靠的UPS电源及24 V电源单元,选择合适线径电缆进行配线,严禁断开各空气断路器,从而保证自控系统正常稳定运行。
Aiming at some problems during operation of the automatic control system in Xinjiang Tianye（Group） Co.,Ltd.,solutions and ideas were proposed.It was put forward that the transformation of DCS system should be carried out according to the plan by steps,line numbers should be marked based on drawings,reliable UPS power and 24 V power supply unit should be chosen as well as appropriate power cables and air circuit breakers,as a result,normal and stable operation of the automatic control system can be ensured.
