摘要
以某钢厂步进式加热炉加热普碳钢为例,从加热温度、加热时间、炉内气氛、闷炉、热装这5个方面来分析钢坯氧化烧损影响因素并给出建设性意见,为后续的技术改进提供参考依据。
Analyzed the oxidation factors about the Q235A slabs in the following five aspects： the heating temperature,heating time,furnace atmosphere,long time in furnace and hot charging.The constructive conclusions which provide reference for the future technical reformation were given.
