摘要
依据镜片生产的现实需求,开发镜片自动分拣系统。该系统采用高速精密间歇分割器等实现多工位的同步工作,能按照每天镜片的生产计划实现自动分拣。
According to the requirements of the lens manufacturing,an auto-inspecting and classifying system for lens was designed.In this system,roller gear cam index unit was used to realize synchronization of multi-station.Auto-inspecting and classifying was achieved according to everyday production plan of lens.
