摘要
针对工程实际中群微孔加工中存在的加工效率低下、模具容易破损的特点,提出了一种利用高压气体进行无冲模群微孔加工的方法,设计出加工装置样机,并对该加工装置的关键部件——气阀的设计进行了探讨。
Aiming at the characteristics of low machining efficiency and easy damage of die in group tiny hole machining,a method for group tiny hole machining using high-pressure air was brought forward and the prototype of the machining equipment was designed.The pneumatic valve which was the critical part of this kind of machining equipment was designed and discussed.
