摘要
从满足模块化设计的需要出发,分析模块编码的目的和规则。根据这些信息并运用成组技术原理,以某机床厂的数控卧式车床为例,进行编码的实例设计。对SolidWorks进行二次开发,设计出人机交互界面,实现了模块的自动组装。
To meet the requirements of modular design,the aim and principle of the module code were analyzed.Based on the information and group technology,an encoding method with the case of the NC horizontal lathe was developed.The SolidWorks was second developed and a man-machine interface was design for module＇s automatic assembly.
