摘要
高性能液压控制系统对液压油源恒压性能提出了更高的要求。设计了一种高效节能与模块化的油源系统,提出由高精度比例减压阀、比例溢流阀和压力开关组成的基于主动恒压控制的油源系统,使得油源满足高效率、低能耗、恒压力的设计要求。在油源系统的仿真分析中,采用了伺服机构-油源-负载一体化仿真概念,综合而全面地分析了整个油源系统,并通过实验证明了转台油源设计的正确性。
Hydraulic control system needs high precision oil source.A high-efficiency energy-saving modularization hydraulic source was designed.The oil source consisted of proportional pressure reducing valve,proportional hydraulic relief valve and pressure switch which accorded the system requirements of high efficiency,low power consumption and constant pressure.In the simulation analysis of the oil source system,servo-oil-load integration simulation model was built and the system was analyzed.The experimental results prove this design is feasible.
