摘要
根据某型飞机刹车减压阀的测试需求进行了试验台的设计。试验台由机械部分的安装座和进行液压能控制与调节的试验台组成,可以进行刹车减压阀的顶杆行程、顶杆操纵力、输出压力、流阻和灵敏度的测量,满足了航修厂对刹车减压阀的测试要求,应用效果良好。
Based on the test requirement of brake reducing valve of a certain fighter,the test-bed for the valve was designed.The test-bed comprises an install seat and a test-bed to control and adjust the input hydraulic pressure.The displacement and operating force of the mandril,the valve delivery pressure,the valve flow resistance,and the valve sensitivity can be tested on the test-bed.The test-bed fulfills the needs of fighter repair factories and works in good condition.
