摘要
为促进国产高速轧辊磨床的开发,根据高速轧辊磨床砂轮主轴电气调速的特点与要求,基于Siemens SimoDrive611伺服驱动器和6RA70 SIMOREG DC MASTER系列整流器,分别开发了高速轧辊磨床砂轮主轴的交流和直流调速系统。结果表明:两种调速方式各有优势,均能实现砂轮线速度为80 m/s的高速轧辊磨床砂轮主轴的电气调速。
In order to promote the development of domestic high speed roll grinder,according to the characteristics and requirements of electrical speed regulation of wheel spindle of high speed roller grinding machine,AC and DC speed regulation systems for wheel spindle of high speed roller grinding machine were developed based on Siemens SimoDrive 611 servo driver and 6RA70 SIMOREG DC MASTER series rectifier.The results show that two methods of speed regulation both have advantages,and both can achieve electrical speed regulation of wheel spindle of high speed roller grinding machine,which wheel speed is 80 m/s.
