摘要
根据电液比例阀的工作原理,建立其数学模型,应用MATLAB对其进行动态特性和稳定性的仿真研究,可看出该阀具有良好的响应速度和稳定性。通过信号测试系统研究该阀在提升机制动系统液压站试验台中的跟随性,结果表明:该阀有很好的油压跟随性,同时避免了压力控制阶跃变化引起的压力超调、震荡和冲击,提高了液压系统的控制性能。
According to the working principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,its mathematical model was established.MATLAB was used to simulate its dynamic characteristic and stability.It is shown the valve has a good response speed and stability.Through a signal test system,the follow performance of the valve in hoist braking hydraulic system test stand was researched.The result shows that the valve has a good follow performance for oil pressure,while the pressure overshoot,vibration and shock caused by the step change of pressure control are avoided.So the control performance of the hydraulic system is improved.
