摘要
扩招等因素使高校硕士毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,就业成本也随之"水涨船高",这一现象已经引起了学者们的普遍关注。而硕士研究生的就业处境被形象地描述为"夹心层",其就业成本更应该得到关注。以甘肃省部分高校为例,对硕士毕业生的就业成本以问卷方式进行了调查,研究了就业成本的主要构成内容及降低硕士毕业生就业成本的策略。
The expansion of college recruitment has caused great difficulty for graduates with MA/MS degrees in their search for employment and thus the "employment cost" has come to be a big concern for researchers in this field. Based on questionnaire investigations among the master students in various universities and colleges of Gansu Province, the paper proposes the cost-rationalization strategy to relieve the graduates of their worries.
