摘要
硅酸盐胶粘剂以其优异的粘接性能和耐高温性能,在金属、玻璃、陶瓷等材料的生产和粘接等方面起着重要的作用。本文系统地综述了3类新型硅酸盐无机胶粘剂,及其在模具铸造、陶瓷及陶瓷复合材料、涂料等方面的应用,并对粘接机理做了简要的介绍,指出了硅酸盐胶粘剂的发展方向。
Silicate inorganic binders play an important role in many aspects in the production and joining of materials due to their good bonding strength and high temperature resistance.In the present paper,three new silicate binders were reviewed.The applications of the silicate binders in casting,ceramics and ceramic composites,coating,etc.were introduced. This paper also briefly introduced the bonding mechanism of silicate binders and the future development.
