Effects of Calcium Hydroxide Pretreatment on Sugar Producing Efficiency by Enzymolysis of Cellulose in Ponkan Peel

摘要 在纤维素生产燃料乙醇的过程中,原料的预处理是一个关键环节。采用氢氧化钙对原料椪柑皮进行预处理,研究了预处理中氢氧化钙的浓度、固液比、温度及时间等因素对后续酶解产物糖含量的影响。通过正交试验得出优化预处理的工艺条件为:用氢氧化钙饱和溶液,在固液比1∶30(g/mL),温度70℃下处理时间24 h,经纤维素酶分解后的糖含量可达到11.44%。 The pretreatment of raw materials is a crucial procedure in the process of manufacturing fuel ethanol from cellulose. In the article, ponkan peel was employed as raw material and pretreated by calcium hydroxide, and then the effects of concentration of calcium hydroxide, ratio of solid to liquid, temperature and reaction time in pretreatment on sugar content in resulted enzymatic hydrolyzate were investigated. The orthogonal experiments indicated that the optimal conditions for pretreatment is as follows: calcium hydroxide saturated solution, ratio of solid to liquid is 1:30 (g/mL), temperature is 70°C, reaction time is 24 h. The sugar content in cellulase-enzymolysis solution reached 11.44% after pretreated by calcium hydroxide.
