摘要
以泥鳅太湖群体为基础群体,采用混合选育方法进行了人工选育,对产生的混合选育F2代进行生长性能分析。结果表明:泥鳅混合选育F2代的日增重率和日增长率分别达到0.022g/d和0.036cm/d,比对照组提高了4.8%和2.9%。混合选育群体体重变异系数和体长变异系数分别比对照群体降低了9.8%和8.1%,经过一代人工选育,泥鳅生长性能进一步提高,且群体规格趋于整齐。
Based on Taihu lake loach population,we produced the F1 generation in 2008 and F2 generation in 2010 by mass selection method.The growth performance of F2 was analyzed in 2010.The results showed that the daily weight growth rate and length growth rate of F2 were 0.022 g/d and 0.036 cm/d respectively,4.8% and 2.9% higher than that of control group.Variation coefficient of body weight and length were reduced by 9.8% and 8.1% respectively,compared with the control group.All these showed that loach population tend to be more symmetrical and its growth performance also made a further improved after one generation artificially mass selection operation
