摘要
本文对重庆市各上市公司高管团队内部的CEO与非CEO两个层级的薪酬差距问题进行了研究,以此检验企业高管内部薪酬差距和公司绩效、公司规模以及公司治理结构之间的关系。多元线性回归的结果表明:薪酬差距形成的主要影响因素有每股收益、资产负债率、公司资产规模、第一股东持股比例以及行业类别。结论表明:适当的加大高管内部薪酬差距有利于高管激励,CEO权力对高管薪酬差距并无显著影响,第一股东对于企业高管内部薪酬差距有很大的作用。
This paper uses the panel data of listed companies in Chongqing to empirical analysis the pay gap problem between the CEOs of internal team and the others,and to test the relationship between executive management team's internal pay gap,company performance,company size and corporate governance structure.Multivariate linear regression results shows that the main influence factors of internal pay gap include earnings per share,asset-liability ratio,company asset scale,first shareholder's shareholding ratio and industrial category.The conclusion shows that the appropriate increase of internal pay gap can help the executive management encourage,CEO's power has no significant influence,while the first shareholder have great impact on the executive management team's internal pay gap.
