摘要
敌鼠钠盐对山羊的口服急性LD_(50)为974.09mg/kg;对山羊和绵羊的口服慢性LDP_(50)(给药5次)分别为218.88和155.63mg/kg。连续给药15天对山羊的毒力大人增强,LD_(50)为4.02mg/kg,比慢性毒力强54倍。在使用敌鼠钠盐毒饵灭鼠时,羊若连续15天捡食到地面上的毒饵,即有中毒死亡的危险。
Acute oral LD_(50) of Diphacinone-Na to goat was 974.09mg per kg body weight. But its subacute oral LD_(50) to goat and sheep were only 218.88mg and 155.63mg per kg body weight by oral. respectively.Its toxicity would be intensively increased if they were given by consecutive doses for 15 days. Oral LD_(50) to goat was only 4.02mg(×15)per kg body weight and was 45 tinges biger than subacute oral LD_(50). Therefore, during on a large scale rodenticidal management goat or sheep would be intoxicant when they picked up the poisonous baits for consecutive 15 days, and in that case they would run risk of intoxicating, otherwise they will not be in danger.
