摘要
以邻苯二酚和三甲基氯硅烷为原料,吡啶为催化剂合成了1,2-双-三甲基硅氧基苯,1,2-双-三甲基硅氧基苯通过催化加氢合成了1,2-双-三甲基硅氧基环己烷,通过考察反应影响因素,合成工艺的优化,确定了合成1,2-双-三甲基硅氧基环己烷的工艺条件,收率达89.5%,对目标产物通过IR和GC-MS进行表征。
1,2 - bis - trimethylsilanyloxycyelohexane was synthesized from catechol and trimethylchlorosilane as the starting material, via hydroxyl protection get 1,2 -bis- trimethylsilanyl oxybenzene ,then hydrogenation by palladium carbon get 1,2 - bis - trimethylsilanyloxycyclohexane. The synthesis process conditions were optimized. Total yield was 89.5%. Target product was characterized by IR and GC - MS.
