摘要 辅助生殖技术中,卵巢储备评估可以有助于预测超促排卵中的卵巢反应性。有学者认为卵泡刺激素/黄体生成素(FSH/LH)比值可以作为评估卵巢储备的指标,并与体外受精(IVF)前月经周期的长度和卵巢对FSH刺激的敏感性有关。来源于垂体的FSH和LH的分泌在正常的生殖周期中有不同的模式,它们调控卵巢生理功能的作用明显不同, Basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)/luteinizing hormone (LH) ratio tends to be elevated as ovarian aging. The retrospective studies from IVF/ICSI data showed that FSH/LH ratio was associated with the ovarian response, and the proportion of poor response elevated when FSH/LH ratio 3. The elevated basal FSH/LH ratio suggested the ovarian reserve diminishing. When FSH level was within "normal" range, the elevated ratio was due to low LH concentration. Among these patients with normal FSH and low LH level, the subclinical functional hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism was related to poor ovarian response, too. An appropriate protocol is needed for a better pretreatment of subclinical, functional hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism due to ovarian aging in order to achieve a good outcome of assisted reproduction.
