摘要
目的建立痹痛灵酊中雷公藤内酯醇的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),DionexAcclaim 120 C18柱,以甲醇-水(35∶65)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为218 nm。结果 HPLC测定雷公藤内酯醇,可达基线分离,雷公藤内酯醇对照品在0.019 2～0.115 2μg内呈线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.76%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论本法简便快速,结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of triptolide in Bitongling Tincture.Methods HPLC method was used with Dionex Acclaim 120 C18 column,with methanol-water（35∶65） as the mobile phase,detection wavelength as 218 nm,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The concentration of triptolide was linear in the range of 0.019 2-0.115 2 μg.The average recovery was 100.76%（n=6）,and RSD=1.85%.Conclusion This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quatity control of the preparation.
