摘要
目的观察三枪汤结合激素治疗阴虚湿热型萎缩性阴道炎的疗效。方法将确诊为阴虚湿热型萎缩性阴道炎的患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者给予三枪汤配合倍美力软膏治疗,对照组患者给予倍美力软膏治疗,14 d为1个疗程。停药3 d后复查。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候,并进行阴道清洁度、健康评分、pH值、脱落细胞学检查。结果治疗组的临床疗效及治疗后中医证候、阴道健康评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道脱落细胞成熟值对比,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三枪汤配合倍美力软膏对阴虚湿热型萎缩性阴道炎有疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Sanqiang soup combined with hormone in treating atrophic vaginitis with syndrome of yin deficiency and dampness-heat.Methods Sixty patients diagnosed as atrophic vaginitis with yin deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Sanqiang soup and conjugated estrogens,and control group was given conjugated estrogens.The treatment course was 14 d,and reexamination was done three days after drug withdrawal.The clinical effect of the two groups and TCM symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Vaginal cleaning degree,health score,pH value and exfoliative cytological examination was performed.Results After treatment,the clinical curative effect,the improvement of TCM symptoms,and vaginal health score of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group,with statistically differences（P0.05）.There was no statistical difference in vaginal exfoliated cell mature value between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Sanqiang soup combined with conjugated estrogens has curative effect on atrophic vaginitis with yin deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome.
