摘要
针对YW25G型硬卧列车空调机组运行控制模式存在的问题,通过将变频技术应用于空调机组的制冷量调节,使得车厢内的温度在各时刻都能维持在一个相对稳定的范围。对全冷调节下和变频调节下车厢内的流场以及温度场进行了模拟计算。结果表明,在变频调节下车厢内气流组织的不均匀性得到明显改善,且变频实测数据与模拟结果基本吻合,为列车空调系统的进一步节能改造提供了理论参考依据。
In view of the problems in the operation control mode for YW25G-type train air-conditioning units, the frequency conversion technology is applied to adjust the cooling capacity of air-conditioning units, which keeps the ambient temperature of train compartment within a relatively stable range at all times. The simulation results of train compartments flow field and temperature field show that in both the full cooling adjustment and the frequency cooling adjustment, the inhomogeneity of carriage air distribution in variable frequency regulations has been improved significantly, and the measured variable frequency data are basically in agreement with the simulation results, thus a theoretical reference is provided for further energy-saving reform of the train air-conditioning system.
