摘要
基于物理-事理-人理系统方法论,建立了项目管理的WSR分析模型,论述了项目管理系统发展演变中对物理、事理、人理的认识过程,从WSR视角分析了项目管理九大职能领域的核心过程。最后从物理、事理、人理三个角度提出了保证项目管理成功的有效策略,并以西安市雁塔区"十二五"规划项目的实例,介绍了WSR方法论在项目中的实际运用。
Based on WSR system approach, the WSR three- dimension analysis model about project management is built, and the understanding course about these three aspects which are Wuli, Shili and Renli, is explored in the development of project management system. The core process of the project managements nine functional areas is analyzed from the perspectives of WSR Methodology. At last, effective strategies are proposed to assure the success of project management form the three- dimension of WSR and an example about the 12 th Five Year Plan of Yanta District in Xian City is given to use WSR.
