摘要
弓形虫病是一种危害严重的人兽共患病,临床快速诊断是成功控制该病的关键。本文就探针、PCR等核酸诊断技术在弓形病诊断中的应用情况进行了综述。
Toxoplasmosis is a serious hazard of Zoonoses,clinical diagnosis is the key to successful control of the disease.In this paper,the application of the probe,PCR,nucleic acid diagnostic techniques in the diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis were reviewed.
