摘要
本文认为 ,中国人口不仅是相对过剩 ,而且是绝对过剩 ,失业问题将在相当长时期内存在。在此基础上 ,本文论证了失业存在的经济合理性 。
This paper has expounded that the population of China is not only relative redundancy but also in absolute redundancy,and that the problem of unemployment will exist in a considersbly long period.Fromthis paper has demonstrated the economic rationlity of the exisence of unemployment and proposed the corresponding policies.
