摘要
施工企业应该加强成本控制,通过建立绩效标准、加强绩效沟通、实施绩效评价、进行绩效反馈等一系列过程管理,可以处理好委托人与代理人的利益关系,促进员工发挥主观能动性,提高企业施工成本控制水平,提高核心竞争力。
The enterprises should strengthen the construction cost control.By a series of process management such as establishing performance standards,enhancing performance of communication,implementing performance evaluation and performance feedback,the enterprises can deal with the interests of good relations between principal and agent,and promote employees to take the initiative to improve the level of construction cost control,but also help enterprises to obtain core competitiveness.
